Thanks to ongoing battles for women’s rights and a continuous push for diversity in the corporate world, that is now far less of a concern. But that certainly doesn’t mean that the issue is resolved. There has been a lot of research and discussion about the wage gap, which shows that women earn, on average, only 78 to 82% of what men earn.
